This page describes how elenacorral.com — the marketing website — handles the limited information you share here. It is not a medical-records notice. For how protected health information is handled inside the therapy practice, please read the Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this site collects
This website is a brochure — it is not a client portal and never collects protected health information (PHI). The contact form accepts only: full name, email, optional phone, preferred contact method, optional preferred days/times, and one optional short general message (300-character limit). It does not accept symptoms, diagnoses, medications, insurance information, date of birth, or any similar health detail.
Where submissions go
Contact-form submissions are delivered to the practice's non-PHI inbox (elena@corraltherapy.com) so Elena can respond and coordinate next steps. A standard email inbox is not a HIPAA-secure channel — that is why the form asks you to keep messages general. Anything private is moved to a secure channel once we're in contact.
When you submit the contact form, your name, contact details, and message are transmitted to the practice's client-inquiry system so Elena can respond, and a notification is sent to the practice. Submissions are not used for advertising and are never sold. You can request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing elena@corraltherapy.com.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not use Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok pixel, or other advertising-network trackers, and it does not record or replay your session. It does use first-party analytics provided by our hosting platform: this logs which pages are opened — including specialty pages — how quickly they load, and a randomly generated session identifier. It never records your name, your email address, or anything you type. No personal identifiers are shared with third-party ad networks, and we never sell or rent your information.
A single non-tracking cookie / localStorage entry is used to remember your language preference (English or Romanian).
Third-party links
Once Elena's HIPAA-compliant scheduling and client portal is configured, the "Book a consultation" links will open that portal in a new tab. That portal is operated by a third party that has signed a Business Associate Agreement with the practice; its own privacy terms apply once you leave this site.
Your choices
You can request that the practice delete any non-PHI message you sent through this website by emailing elena@corraltherapy.com. Requests about clinical records are handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices.
